Author: Travis Levine.

This is for a Coursera course I am taking Game Design and Development 1: 2D Shooter.

Modifications:

1. Added multiple enemies to level 1, level 2 and level 3. Changing their scale, rotation, colour, individual speeds and spawn location. Most importantly including different sprite models to differentiate between the enemies.

2. Added an EnvironmentObjects folder that includes all environment objects within the scene to increase visual diversity between each level. Each EnvironmentObject have their own Polygon Collider2D so the player will collide with them.  No damage is dealt however.

3. Added an Audio source to each level with a unique audio track for each level.

4. Added a square asteroid belt around the level with a PolygonCollider2D to each Asteroid so the player is not able to leave the level area.

5. Changed title of my game from Space Blaster to Space Destroyer V1.

6. Changed the MainMenu UIBackdrop from white to grey.

7. Changed the default yellow  colour of all MainMenu buttons to have seperate distinct colours for New game, Level select, Instructions and Exit game.

8. Gave the instuctions button functionality by adding a description of instructions on how to play Space Destroyer. Also changed button and UIBackgrop colours for New Game, Level Select and Exit Game.

9. Added mutliple new background layers to give the level environment a bit more diversity.

10. Added an extra as well as a custom cursor/mouse pointer for the player to aim  and firethe StarFighter/PlayerObject with!

Apologies to whoever ends up reading this. I understand it a lengthy list of project modifications.  I just included them to be sure I met the minimum required modification changed. I am not very good with Unity, this is my first project!

Hello! Thank you so much I'm currently a work in progress with my development skills haha. I'd love to help, but I'm still very new to the development world.

What sort of projects have you been working on?
Cheers!

I have been working on a building style game in C++

I also understand if you do not know C++ as I see you made this in unity. But art or sound effects you could do
